James Russell

He started working in motorsports from an early age, starting his racing career in 2001 in karts and then proceeding to formula cars and also rallying as well. With a career spanning over 25 years, James has worked in a variety of roles from team management, driver coaching, event instructor and many more.

James founded Stratos in 2010 and has been the figurehead of the organisation since, overseeing its growth into the Racing School Programs as well as the Sports Management side.
