Stratos Sports Management, based in Malaysia, drives the ambitions of racing talent with expert career management and personalized support. Specializing in guiding Asian drivers to compete in Europe, we bring over 35 years of experience as drivers, coaches, and team managers.
As co-founders of Stratos Motorsports, we’ve secured 25+ Asian Karting and 8 eRacing championship titles.
Our History
Stratos Motorsports, founded in May 2010 by Team Principal James Russell, has claimed over 25 Asian karting and 8 eSports titles, becoming one of Asia’s top motorsports teams.
In 2013, the team launched Stratos Racing School to make motorsports more accessible and offer professional driver coaching across various disciplines.
Expanding into driver management in 2021, Stratos Sports Management now provides expert career guidance for emerging talent.
Together, the “Stratos Ecosystem” nurtures new racers, develops their skills, and guides them toward the pinnacle of motorsports.
